Floor And Shower Tile

• Material: 12"x24" MSI porcelain or ceramic tiles.
• Design: Brick pattern installation. Floor tiles finished with MCG's standard PVC baseboard. Wall tiles installed up to 8' ceiling height.
• Finish & Notes: Wall tiles capped with chrome, brushed nickel, or white Schluter Edging. MSI vendor exclusive. No substitution for natural stone tiles. Floor coverage up to 80s.f. / wall – 88s.f.

Vanity

• Size & Style: Up to 60" vanity from Forevermark's selection of 16 door styles.
• Features: Offer pertains to 2 cabinet units – double bowl, 3 cabinets –single bowl. Finishing panels are extra.

Countertop

• Material & Size: Up to 60" prefabricated granite countertop by Wolf.
• Design: Single/double bowl counter with one back and one side splash.
• Further Details: Package assumes like for like replacement, a conversion to a double bowl vanity will incur additional cost. For an in-depth overview, refer to Wolf Home Products.

Tile Shower Base

• Base: Custom Schluter Shower Base adorned with MSI Brand Mosaic Tile.
• Features: 60" sliding glass door in choices of polished chrome or brushed nickel finishes & integrates a 12"x24" recessed niche.
• Notes: Natural stone mosaic tiles come at an additional cost. The curb is wrapped with either floor or wall tiles.

Shower Trim And Valve

• Installation: Kohler ½" pressure balancing valve and Kohler Trim from Devonshire or Alteo Family.
• Finish: Package primarily includes chrome and brushed nickel. Gold and black finishes available at an extra cost. Hydro-rails require plumbing adjustment and will incur additional cost.
• Only one shower plumbing fixture is included, additional fixtures or modifications will incur additional cost.

Schluter Tile Edging

• Purpose: Eliminates the need for bullnose tile, ensures a polished finish.
• Finish: Choose from white, brushed nickel, or chrome.
• Notes: If walls aren't level, wall patching might be necessary at the Schluter endpoint.

Faucet

• Model: One or Two Widespread Faucet from Kohler's "Alteo" or "Devonshire" family, available in 4" or 8" spread.
• Finish: Chrome and brushed nickel included. Gold and black finishes are optional and cost extra.
• Note: Package assumes like for like replacement, a conversion to a double faucet vanity will incur additional costs.

Toilet

• Model: Delta Elongated Two-Piece in White.
• Features: Package includes toilet supply line and shut-off valve replacement.
• Installation Notes: Assumes no changes to current plumbing are required.

Mirror

• Style: Frameless glass mirror in a bracket design.
• Dimensions: Installation covers two mirrors of up to 36" width and 36" height.
• Installation Notes: The offer covers installation for frameless mirrors only.

Electrical Work

• Components: Two vanity wall lights from the Devonshire/Alteo Kohler line, new light switches, and a new GFI outlet.
• Placement: The GFI outlet and the vanity lights will be installed in their existing positions.
• Notes: All installations will be conducted on existing circuits. No changes are anticipated in the current placements. The package includes options for double or triple sconce fixtures with an allowance of $150 for each.

Fresh Paint

• Areas & Coats: Ceiling, Walls, and Baseboards receive two coats; one coat for the door.
• Brand & Finish: Sherwin-Williams paints with a flat finish for ceilings and semi-gloss for walls.
• Notes: Package doesn't cover drywall or door repairs; any such work will be additional.
