Floor Tile

• Material: 12″x24″ MSI porcelain or ceramic.
• Design: Installed in a brick pattern.
• Finish & Notes: Completed with MCG’s PVC baseboard. No substitution for natural stone tiles.
• Notes: MSI vendor exclusive. Coverage up to 25 s.f. finished with 2”/4” threshold.

Vanity

• Size & Style: Up to 30″ vanity available in 16 unique Forevermark door styles.
• Features: This package pertains to a single cabinet unit. Finishing panels are extra.

Countertop

• Material & Size: Up to 30″ prefabricated granite countertop by Wolf.
• Design: Single bowl counter with one back and one side splash.

Faucet

• Model: One Widespread Faucet from Kohler’s “Alteo” or “Devonshire” range.
• Finish: Available exclusively in a Chrome finish.
• Installation Notes: Assumes existing plumbing requires no adjustments.

Toilet

• Model: Delta Elongated Two-Piece in White.
• Features: Package includes a toilet supply line and a replacement shut-off valve.
• Installation Notes: Assumes no modifications to existing plumbing are needed.

Mirror

• Style: Frameless glass mirror with a bracketed design.
• Dimensions: Suitable for widths up to 30″ and heights up to 36″.
• Installation Notes: The offer covers installation for one frameless mirror.

Electrical Work

• Components: One vanity wall light from the Devonshire/Alteo Kohler line, new light switches, and a new GFI outlet.
• Placement: The GFI outlet and the vanity lights will be installed in their existing positions.
• Notes: All installations will be conducted on existing circuits. No changes are anticipated in the current placements. The package includes options for double or triple sconce fixtures with an allowance of $150 for each.

Fresh Paint

• Areas & Coats: Ceiling, Walls, and Baseboards receive two coats; one coat for the door.
• Brand & Finish: Sherwin-Williams paints with a flat finish for ceilings and semi-gloss for walls.
• Notes: Package doesn’t cover drywall or door repairs in our service areas; any such work will be additional.
