Western Red Cedar tongue-and-groove walls, ceiling, and bench boards. 4'x4' (1-person) or 4'x6' (2-person). Pre-framed insulated panel assembly, R-13 wall insulation standard.
Heating System ›
Harvia Vega or Finlandia 4.5kW electric sauna heater. Heats to 160-195F. 22 lbs. of Finnish sauna rocks included. Wall-mounted analog dial timer and temperature control.
Door & Glass ›
Inswing tempered glass door (8mm) with solid cedar frame. Chrome handle and hinges, magnetic latch. Standard 24"x72" opening. Clear or frosted glass (upgrade).
Benches ›
Two-tier bench system: upper main bench and lower footrest. Clear-grade Western Red Cedar, sanded smooth. Upper bench sized for 1-2 adults.
Electrical ›
Dedicated 240V/20A circuit from main panel. GFCI protection, all wiring to NEC code. Junction box and conduit run up to 20 linear feet.
Ventilation ›
Passive ventilation with adjustable intake vent near floor and exhaust vent near ceiling. Two adjustable wooden vent dampers, 4"x8" each.
Lighting ›
One sauna-rated, heat-shielded interior light fixture with bulb. All wiring rated for 200F+ environments.
Permit & Inspection ›
Electrical permit pulled and filed by Mayflower. Final electrical inspection scheduled and completed. Certificate of compliance provided.
